Weber was born and raised in Kutztown, PA.   He attended Lehigh Carbon Community College, where he earned his Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts.  As a player, Weber was captain, starting setter/outside hitter and assisted his team in winning two EPCC division championships.  Weber completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education, Social Studies Teaching, at Kutztown University.  As a Kutztown team member, he played middle, outside and DS.  He completed his Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, with a minor in Trauma Studies from Chestnut Hill College in 2006.

As a player, Weber amassed more than a hundred tournament wins over his fifteen years as an AA/Open doubles outdoor player. He has also played indoor ball representing the Garden Empire (GEVA) region in both 2010 and 2011 at the USA adult volleyball nationals.

At Lamar Community College, Coach Weber took over a financially struggling program.  In 2011-2012 just completing the season was a challenge with a frozen budget, only nine players and no outside hitters.  After training defensive players to hit outside, the Lopes put together a complete season going 8-18.  With all of those players graduating out, an entirely new team was needed.  Fourteen new players were recruited for the following year, 12 freshman and two transfers.  This team won the Lamar Kick off Tourney for the first time in school history and tallied a 16-20 season.  Four players ranked in the top 50 in the nation for NJCAA statistics in 18 categories.  The team hitting percentage was an impressive .318.

Weber led Lackawanna College (Scranton, PA) to a much-improved 2010 season, where his squad finished 9-9 overall.  Weber started coaching at Lackawanna in August of 2009, with no returners and a team that was winless since 2006.  While at Lackawanna, Weber's players were named as first team All-Region, ranked in the top five for NJCAA national statistics, and selected as an all region tournament team player. Additionally, his players received the Lackawanna College all-sport sportsmanship award and its top athlete academic award.

Chris has helped to develop volleyball through clubs as a director and coach.  Players from Club Precision have played internationally and represented Juniata College in earning two national championships. More than two-dozen former players are now coaches themselves.

Saying Coach Weber lives volleyball is an understatement.  He has been a player for twenty-nine years, taught volleyball for thirteen, and is still learning this evolving game.  Since the start of his coaching career, he has attended numerous coaching clinics such as Reebok Blue Ribbon and Gold Medal Squared.  Coach Weber is nationally certified through USA Volleyball in Impact, CAP Level I for indoor, conditioning and beach volleyball coaching.

The team is scheduled to begin play in NCAA Division II and the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) in the Fall of 2014.
