Senior Award Assembly

At the 2008 Senior Award Assembly, there were many athletes who were awarded certificates for their outstanding accomplishments in the classroom and on the field: Kyanna Cape, Carlos Parra, Andrea Bokun, Samantha Gould, Zach Cuozzo, Ntanose Hlabangana, Weslyn Leffler, Milena Da Silva, Andrew McNab, Milos Milic, and Sarah Hinkel.

Kyanna Cape served 4 years on Salem’s Softball team, as a pitcher. Kyanna was presented with the Outstanding student in Biology award, the Joe Manchin Sportsmanship Award, Cum Laude Honor Graduate, a Global Citizen Award, and the Tigeress Award.

Carlos Parra served 4 years on the Soccer team as a starter. He was resented with the international Business Award and a Global Citizen Award.

Andrea Bokun served 4 years as a starter on the Women’s Volleyball team. She was awarded the International MBA Business Award and a Global Citizen Award.

Samantha Gould played Softball for Salem for 3 years as a catcher. She was awarded the Outstanding Academicians Award in Education and also graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Zach Cuozzo played for the Salem Baseball team as a pitcher and a 3 rd baseman 3 years; he was awarded the Trio Success Award.

Ntandose Hlabangana was a Soccer player for 4 years at Salem and was awarded the Criminal Justice Award and as also granted um Laude Honors.

Weslyn Leffler was a part of the Salem Softball team, starting for three years as a left fielder. She was awarded as a Cum Laude Graduate.

Milena Da Sila was a part of Salem’s Soccer and Golf teams. She was awarded a Global Citizen award.

Andrew McNab was a part of the Men’s Soccer team for 4 years and the Tennis team this year. He was awarded the global Citizen award and the Tiger Award.

Milos Milic was a part of the Men’s Soccer team; he was awarded a Global Ciizen Award.

Sarah Hinkel was a part of the Salem Women’s Golf team; she graduated with Cum Laude Honors.
