SALEM, W.Va. – The Salem International versus West Virginia State basketball contests that were originally scheduled for this past Saturday have been rescheduled to be played on Feb. 8 at the Salem Armory. The women will tip-off at 5:30pm and the men will follow at 7:30pm.
